What the research says about mentorship
Thirty years of studies point the same direction: a young man who has a mentor showing up for him earns more by his mid-twenties, is likelier to reach college, and is less likely to start using. That evidence is sourced and laid out on one page rather than repeated across the site.

The Roll
Every young man who has been part of this program, counted by the cohort he started with. A young man keeps his starting cohort for life, and joins a graduating class when he finishes high school. The work is theirs.
Names are withheld. The board publishes cohort counts only, and will publish rosters solely with each family’s permission.
