Where the next five years point.
This month our board adopted Omega League OKC's first strategic plan, covering 2026 through 2030. Most strategic plans live in a drawer. We're publishing what ours actually says, because the families and supporters who built this program with us deserve to know where it's headed.
Four priorities:
A funding base that doesn't depend on one source
So the program's future never hinges on a single good year.
A bigger, stronger board
With real onboarding, so new members contribute from day one.
A program that measures what it claims
Curriculum built for two age groups, 8 to 12 and 13 to 17, with outcomes we track and publish.
A facility of our own
So programming never again depends on borrowed space.
None of that changes what happens on the second Saturday of the month. It protects it. The plan exists so that the work, which started with a founding cohort of ten in 2023 and now reaches forty-two young men, can keep going for the ones who come next.
The mission the board adopted says it plainly:
Empower limited-resourced young men ages 8 to 17 through mentorship, guidance, and positive role models that build character, leadership, and confidence.
That has been the work since 2023. Now it's in writing, with a five-year map behind it.
